Hospitality, tourism and retail workers are in big demand. Our hospitality courses will introduce you to a range of employment pathways in the service industry. You’ll learn how to make espresso coffees, learn about food safety, food preparation, personal presentation, customer service and a range of skills to help your future career.

HOSPITALITY PLUS (Level 3)
Are you ready to take charge of your future study and employment ambitions? Enjoy working with people? This course will give you practical insights into workplace expectations including food preparation, maintaining a responsible drinking environment and the use of social media. The course is supported by regular workplace and community visits and everyday practical experiences. This course will give you the best possible preparation before you start your next higher education course of study or new job.
