  Course hours: 30 hours per week  
  Eligibility:

The course is open to any person aged 16 to 25 years, or any person aged 15 with an early leaving exemption from school; that is not currently engaged in education or employment and who has not achieved a Level 2 (or higher) qualification on the NZ Qualification Framework.

Students must be available to attend the programme for 30 hours per week and demonstrate a commitment to completing the qualifications on the programme.

About the course:

This programme is aimed at learners who value the importance of being physically fit and having a healthy lifestyle and want to use these attributes in future employment and/or higher education pathways.
Learners will participate in a range of physical activities focusing on personal fitness, well-being and team work while identifying potential employment pathways and developing further self-management and work capable skills.
